Sector Skills Alliance founded

In November 2018, the partners of the SKILLCO project proudly founded the "Alliance for promotion of VET in the construction industry". Objectives of the alliance are:

1) Creation of a cooperation network through the SKILLCO project

2) Creation of an action plan for the accreditation of the 2 modules developed in the framework of the SKILLCO project in those countries covered by the project

3) Development of new project ideas and proposals focusing on VET needs

4) Commitment to perform activities increasing the competitiveness of the construction sector

5) Continuing dissemination, promotion and exploitation of the SKILLCO results

6) Strengthening the cooperation of stakeholders and other target groups in the construction sectorin the field of VET

7) Promoting the exchange of information on skill, competence and knowledge gaps

8) Attraction of new members from EU countries to join the Alliance.
